For groups of 20-60 people, areas including the Chesterfield Lounge, Private Dining Room, sections of 1860 Bar (weekends only) & Garden (weekends only) can be reserved on a non-exclusive basis.
There is no room hire for this type of booking, but food must be ordered and prepaid 7 days prior to the function.
Exclusive Hire Monday through Friday
The entire level one Restaurant is available for exclusive use for cocktail party and dinners subject to availability
Capacity: Seated 90, Standing 120
Room Hire $500
Minimum spend on bar and food $4000
Security may be required, $35 per hour per guard 
Exclusive Hire Saturday
The entire level one Restaurant area is available for hire on Saturday nights and is perfect for weddings, 21st, engagements and other celebrations.
Room Hire $300 to midnight (surcharge to extend to 1am or 2am)
Security $35 per guard per hour
Minimum bookings accepted 60 guests
